La Bergerie – 4 hectares of nature just for you - La Bergerie: a stay in the green, in peace and quiet, at the end of the road.

Overlooking a small wooded valley, enlivened by a stream feeding a fish-filled pond, the Bergerie offers you an oasis of serenity and comfort, far from everything, in the heart of the woods.

Here, there are no neighbors, no roads, no noise. Only birdsong, the murmur of the stream, and the rustling of leaves. Nestled in the heart of a 4-hectare private estate entirely reserved for our guests, the cottage is a true haven for those seeking to disconnect, breathe, and reconnect with the soothing rhythm of nature.

From the large covered terrace, let your gaze wander over the valley and the pond, cast a line at the water's edge, explore the forest trails just steps from the door, or simply enjoy an evening by the fire. In the early morning, deer, herons, and squirrels often come to greet you.

On one level and fully equipped, the cottage accommodates 4 to 6 people in two independent bedrooms, a large living room with open fire and a complete kitchen: all the comfort for a stay with family or friends, in a setting that has remained wild and authentic.

And when the urge for adventure strikes, the region is within easy reach: the five lakes of Eau d'Heure and their water sports, the Aquascope of Virelles, the treetop adventure courses of Natura Parc, bike rides on the RAVeL, Chimay and its abbey, or the Chimay circuit… before returning, in the evening, to the tranquility of your corner of the forest.

Important note:

Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases) is not provided in the rental. Guests are requested to bring their own bed linen.

Pillows and duvets are provided. To help you choose the right size:

- Mattress: 140 x 200 cm (standard Belgian size) – a fitted sheet for a double bed is required
- Duvets: 220 x 240 cm – a duvet cover of the same size is required
- Pillows: Standard size – order the corresponding pillowcases

The usual bed linen for a double bed is perfectly suitable.
